Products can either be picked up or shipped for free.
The product can be shipped for free to the customer, to a given address in the checkout process. The shipment is done by a third party postal service. All orders are processed the next working day and delivered to the Icelandic post office. If the product is not available or on stock, a service representative will be in contact with you and announce an estimated delivery time. All orders are delivered with the Icelandic post office (Íslandspóstur ohf.) and their delivery, transportation and insurance terms apply to the delivery. Secret of Iceland ehf. is thereby not responsible for damage during delivery. The buyer is responsible for damage during transportation from the Icelandic post office (Íslandspóstur ohf.) to the buyer.
